Scissorman Encounters

Scissorman has several hiding places throughout the mansion that he will playfully pop out of. He will then attempt to catch you, because that's how hide-and-seek works. Each hiding place has a random chance of actually housing Scissorman, and some have a higher chance than others. For instance, it's pretty much guaranteed that he'll be somewhere in the Piano room, but it's pretty hit or miss that he'll be behind a mannequin. If you're playing in Rewind Mode, Scissorman will also just sometimes pop out of a random door and begin chasing you. Here are the list of place where you might encounter Scissorman, to the best of my knowledge.

If you wander in here before seeing anyone die, Scissorman will be having a tea party with Anne at the bottom of the pool.

If you wander in here before seeing anyone die, Scissorman will be ensuring Laura is keeping up with her hygiene.

If you wander in here before seeing anyone die, Scissorman will be having a tea party with Anne at the bottom of the pool.

If you wander in here before seeing anyone die, Scissorman can be seen taking Anne out for skydiving.

The little scamp can sometimes be found hiding within the large crack in the wall.

The mischevious little imp will occasionally hide behind one of the mannequins. There are two in the center of the formation, he'll be behind the one of the left if the RNG decrees it.

Scissorman might be hiding in the drop ceiling above the piano. Sometimes he'll knock a tile loose and peek his head out. As a lover of music, he'll join Jennifer if she plays the piano.
He might also be hiding behind the curtain.

There's a chance he'll be hiding in the crate.
