Odin will talk for a bit, and you can listen or move forward. Walk until you reach the small dodecagram (twelve-pointed star), which triggers a cutscene with Lakmir. When he's done chatting, a large red crystal will appear floating in front of you. Pick up your Wand and touch the tip of it to the crystal to imbue your wand with fire magic. Once this is done, ten gigantic stone monoliths will rise from the ground.

Aim your Wand at each of these and fire a blast at them to make a run appear near the top. All the runes will quickly fade away except for four of them. Remember those four, then approach the door. The door will feature many runes carved into it. Touch the runes, with either your finger or Wand, that match the ones still emblazoned on the monoliths. If you've forgotten for some reason, these are the ones we want: Fehu Ehwaz Ing Algiz. Once you enter the correct runes (in any order), the door will open and you can proceed to the next room.
