Hello. I am Dan Stoner. I live in Quincy, IL with my wife Elizabeth, my Daughter Katie, and my son Brandon. I have been here all of my 39 years on earth! I have been singing, listening to, and loving music since the ripe old age of 10. I started singing in the car with the radio and would be singing the harmony with the singer and my Mom would turn around and ask me, "where did you learn that"? I didnt know where, I just heard it in my head and kept on singing.
Years later, I started to sing with her in the church.
We would sing for a special song presentation and people loved us. I guess it was a cute thing for Mom and son to sing together. And by golly, we were good!
Years later I was playing bass in a band called NIGHTFALL. (They didnt have a bass player, so I learned so I could join the band.)
One night, the lead singer jumped off stage and got in a fight during the middle of a song. So I stepped forward and started to sing along. My bandmates told me that I was a much better singer than a bass player, so I got the job.
Well, that's how I got into singing Rock & Roll in bands over the years. I will be uploading my entire song catalog along with CD covers and pictures soon. So check back often.
